This is the Ferrari, Cadillac, Maserati……….the best of everything program. I’m not really into cars but you get the idea. This is my top program, the best version with all the bells and whistles and personal attention to YOU. You get everything there is all wrapped up into a 6 month program and commitment to learn, live, enable you to grow and prosper. Health and Wellness principles and practices to incorporate into your everyday life. I have all the resources for you. I meet with you weekly to workout, chat, meditate and establish what you need to work through and work towards!!! I think if you are like me, there comes a time when you just know that life could be better. You deserve more and you deserve better.
My 1:1 Coaching Includes:
An initial 60 minute 1:1 introduction session to determine the best possible tailored plan made exactly for you and only you.
A weekly one hour session/workout/mindfulness/meditation live session with me. We will work toward your health and wellness goals together.
This is a 6 month commitment. We will meet once a week for a deep soul searching session. (24 total). Your tailor made session will consist of different types of yoga, pilates and mindfulness meditation.
You will have a daily ritual/routine that will help you process your life so far and focus on the choices you have made and the goals that we set together for your best possible life. I will hold you accountable for journaling, extra guided meditations, worksheets, readings and mindfulness practices.
You will have access to additional recorded meditations and workouts with me.
You will receive my specific resource list of products and services that I use to live my best life and have already done all the research and experimenting to bring you the best options you can add or not add to your growth and mindset.
Unlimited email access with me. Though we will meet once a week and catch up in our workout & meditation sessions, you can write me with questions and concerns during the week and I will get back to you with answers!
You will learn so much about YOU and how to lead your best life possible. We will join Western and Eastern practices and philosophies. You will learn about things like your chakras, kriyas, mindfulness, meditation, 8 Limbs of Yoga, Yamas, Niyamas, healing gemstones and oils, mantras and lots of good positive energy.
Remember we will discuss your particular goals, issues and focus. We can tailor make the exact program for you so at the end of our 6 months you will be well established in all the workouts, mindfulness meditations, journal practices and will have established a routine and habits to carry you throughout the rest of your life.
