What is yoga?

I don’t know how to do yoga.

I can’t do yoga.

I’m not flexible.

I tried it once, I didn’t like it.

Maybe you already have formed your opinion of yoga and whether it is for you or not for you. I believe there is a yoga for everyone. Can you sit and relax? There’s a yoga for that. Can you just sit and breathe? That’s yoga. Can you stretch a little? That’s yoga.
