Group Coaching
A 3 month commitment for a healthier Mind, Body and Spirit
My Group Coaching Includes:
An initial 30 minute 1:1 session with me where we will work on specific goals and plans for you to follow throughout the 3 month commitment. Learning Mindfulness practices, living yoga off the mat, following the Yamas and Niyamas in the 8 limbs of Yoga.
A weekly 90 minute (as a group) workout/mindfulness/meditation working live session with me. We will work towards your health and wellness goals and set goals for you to meet during the week (12 total sessions.) They will also be recorded for you to view if you are not available for the live session.
All different levels are welcome. In our live 90 minute sessions we will do a combination of yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices.
You will learn about the 7 Chakra’s in the body, wheels of energy. We will practice opening all 7 Chakra’s to clear and move stale energy up and out to create more peace and balance in your life. We will try and move and process past issues that have prevented you from moving forward to your best life.
You will have access to additional recorded workouts and meditations to do at your convenience, any time.
You will receive my specific resource list of products and services that I use to live my best life. I have already done all the research and experimenting with to bring you the best options and products you can choose to add or not add into your program………Think calming oils with different healing benefits, a healing oil expert, gemstones to help you heal from specific issues that you might be struggling with, a gut health expert that I personally use, a nutritionist for specific diet or weight loss, etc.…..info.

Take 21 days to get more centered and balanced. 21 days to get your meditation and mindfulness practice established for better peace and calm in your life. 21 days to establish your journaling for processing your emotions, heal from something you really need to move through. 21 days to establish a healthy workout schedule to help you meet your health and fitness goals.

21 day introduction to yoga, pilates, yoga sculpt and mindfulness meditation.
A great way to jump start your health fitness and make or break a habit within 21 days!!
Three weekly one hour yoga/pilates/bootcamp sessions (live and recorded).
One weekly 30 minute guided meditation/mindfulness session (live and recorded).
