Hi and welcome to my website! My name is Cynthia Morel-Pence. Let me tell you a bit about myself and how I’ve gotten to this exact place in my life journey to coach and guide you to meet all your health and wellness dreams and goals. My life, just like yours, has been a journey of ups and downs and lots of growth and experiences.

I am a mother of three beautiful grown children, and very recently became a Gigi (grandmother). I say this first because this is the most important job I've had or will ever have in my entire life. I also think it is the most valuable (often undervalued) challenging, rewarding, heart and gut wrenching, loving, exhausting, grateful, blessed job of all time. As any mother knows, the life experiences of raising children is miraculous, magical and phenomenal.

I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. I am a former tennis teaching pro, preschool teacher, art and science teacher, mortgage loan officer and marketing copy writer. I’ve probably forgotten a few other things as well, but this still doesn’t really tell you who I am or what I am about. I am an empath and have always had a lot of intense feelings, thoughts, visions, and lots of vivid dreams, even as a little girl. I’ve always been drawn to positive energy, healthy lifestyle choices and different ways of healing. I am a vegetarian and a huge animal lover. I am an advocate for children, women and animals. I am also a woman of faith. I am genuine and authentic. I believe one of my true purpose(s) in life is to help others. I also think that kindness and love are almost always the answer. Through my many learning experiences I have become the least judgmental person you can imagine. Things have happened to me and my loved ones that have made me who I am today. Life has humbled me in many ways.

I am not a twenty year old Barbie doll doing yoga all day long on the beach. I do not have a perfect (no such thing) body. I do however strive to have a healthy and strong body every single day (some days I don’t feel like it & yes I love food & even eat cookies and pizza). I have found through my yoga, courses, training and life experience, that there is so much more to being healthy than working out and watching what you eat. More on this later…………….

As my children got older, I knew the dreaded “empty nest” was going to be very difficult for me and I needed to do something to prepare for it. I dedicated the past 20+ years to raising my family and I knew I would have a huge empty place in my heart once they left. I had been teaching preschool and tennis part-time and was ready for something new. I had been doing yoga and Pilates and enjoyed them both. These were different ways to exercise and move my body and I started noticing all the additional benefits of breathing, calming and grounding. I had thought of the idea of getting certified in yoga and I began to look into it seriously. It was a totally new adventure for me, but I decided to take the leap and it changed my life.

While going through yoga training, a whole other world opened up to me. I learned things that have been practiced all over the world for at least 5,000 years. Practices that literally changed my life. Learning how to overcome anxiety and stress. The more I learned, the more I wanted to learn!! I get really excited with this knowledge because I’ve seen it change my life and others. Mindfulness, meditation, daily rituals and practices that all help you live a better quality life. Chakra’s, Kriyas, Energy, Breathwork, Inner Peace, Joy & Purpose are all a part of my every day life now! I teach several different forms of yoga from Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hot, Sculpt and HIIT (high intensity interval training) Pilates. I am a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Strategist, a Health and Wellness Coach and 500 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor.

I teach at several different studios and travel internationally teaching in different countries. I LOVE WHAT I DO!! I coach clients 1 on 1 and in small groups. I am here to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
